Q:What does my animal need from me for transport?
A: Health certificate from Vet, Food for Trip in zip locks and labeled, if any care package or paperwork, please have in folder and/or zip lock baggies and labeled.
Q:What type of transport to you offer?
A: We offer two different types of transport.
*Private Direct Transport
Higher fee. Direct from pickup to drop off, live GPS, video chat availability, access to pictures and videos through trip, option of cage or cage free.
*Shared Transport
Multiple animals on board, Multiple stops, daily updates, assigned crate, driver stops every 4 hours to check on animals, and feeds and waters twice a day.
Q:What type of vehicle do you drive?
A:We offer multiple different vehicles for transport. Such as a High-top Pro-master Commercial Vehicle, a Minivan, a truck with access to trailer. All vehicles equipped with Ac/Heat
Q:Can I send paperwork with the animal?
A:Yes, as long as labeled in a Manila envelope
Q:Can I send animals Medication?
A:Yes, we charge a daily dispensing fee of $8.00usd
Q:I'm sending a puppy and its has not had all vaccines, how does that work?
A:For puppies under 6 months ,we have a no touch ground policy as pups aren't fully vaccinated nor are their immune systems fully developed.
Q:My animal isn't very friendly is that okay?
A:Drivers all take precautions, if any dog is overly aggressive we do add a handling fee. Drivers will assess on a case by case basis.
Q:My dog is in heat/pregnant is that okay?
A:Yes! We have experience transporting in both situations. Please make us aware when booking. There is an extra handling fee charged for each. But if either is discovered later on transport, the extra handling fee will be doubled for lack of communication.
Q:What happens if I am late for pick-up?
A:We allow a grace period at both pickup and drop-off. If the waiting time exceeds that there will be a late charge added.
Q:How are payments accepted?
A:We require a non refundable retainer fee to book any transports
Once retainer fee is received (we offer zelle, PayPal, cash-app)
We then require balance to be paid in cash at pickup or drop-off.
